Pilates is a huge fundamental to our approach here at The Pelvic Health Clinic,  incorporating Pilates into your rehabilitation and treatment journey. 

 

Pilates is safe and recommended during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and every stage of life in between. It can be adapted for different stages of life taking into account your own symptoms and goals. 

 

Pilates has been shown to provide many health benefits during pregnancy and post partum, with recent research highlighting particular additional benefits following the menopause. 

 

We incorporate Pilates into your individual treatment and rehabilitation journey as standard here at The Pelvic Health Clinic. 

 

We are excited to announce that we will be starting group Pilates classes in Autumn 2024.
